Shipping, Delivery, Refund, Amendment & Cancellation Policy
As a travel services provider, Travelers Station Holidays does not ship physical products. All travel-related services, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, transfers, tours, visas (where applicable), and other travel services, are delivered electronically.
Travel documents are generally delivered via email, WhatsApp, or through a customer portal where applicable. Airline tickets are usually issued and delivered upon confirmation of payment and booking. Hotel vouchers, transfer vouchers, and other travel documents are generally delivered within 24 to 72 hours after supplier confirmation.
No delivery charges apply for electronic travel documents. Any courier charges requested by the customer for physical document delivery shall be charged separately.
Refunds are subject to the fare rules, cancellation terms, and refund conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise companies, tour operators, attraction providers, or other travel suppliers. Depending on supplier policies, bookings may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.
To request a refund, customers should contact Travelers Station Holidays through email, WhatsApp, or customer service channels. Refund requests will be reviewed and submitted to the relevant supplier. Once approved and processed by the supplier, refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times depend on supplier procedures and may range from 7 to 90 business days or longer in certain cases.
Changes and amendments are subject to supplier policies and availability. Additional fare differences, taxes, supplier charges, and service fees may apply. Any amendment request will only be confirmed after supplier approval and payment of applicable charges.
Cancellations are subject to supplier cancellation policies. Supplier cancellation penalties may range from no charge to 100% of the booking value. Cancellation requests received after travel commencement may not be eligible for any refund.
In addition to supplier penalties, Travelers Station Holidays reserves the right to charge a 5% administration fee for processing refunds, amendments, or cancellations.
Any refund amount shall be calculated as:
Amount Paid – Supplier Charges – Administration Fee = Refund Amount
As travel services are delivered electronically, no return shipping costs apply.
