Welcome to Holidays.bh, operated by Travelers Station Holidays. By accessing our website, requesting quotations, making bookings, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant airline, hotel, resort, transportation provider, attraction provider, visa provider, or tour operator. A booking shall only be considered confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Travelers Station Holidays.

All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on supplier requirements. Additional taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by suppliers may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger information and ensuring that names exactly match passports and travel documents. Customers are also responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and any other travel documentation required by destination countries.

Travelers Station Holidays strongly recommends that customers obtain suitable travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, baggage loss, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

All amendments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to supplier policies and our published Refund, Amendment & Cancellation Policy. Additional charges may apply.

Travelers Station Holidays acts solely as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service deficiencies, supplier insolvency, or other actions of third-party suppliers.

We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, war, strikes, airport closures, or airline operational disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelers Station Holidays shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
